Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RAWGRID is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If you reject a package due to high customs fees, we will refund the order amount once it is safely returned to our warehouse, minus the original shipping cost and any return fees imposed by the carrier.
